โ๏ธ How to Get from Gimhae Airport to Busan
Gimhae International Airport (PUS) is the gateway to Busan and the southeast. It is not on the Busan subway itself: the light rail starts at the airport and meets the subway at Sasang (Line 2) and Daejeo (Line 3). That one change decides which option is best for your hotel.

Finding the right stop
- After customs, leave the international terminal and look for the light rail (๊ฒฝ์ ์ฒ ) station, which is just across from the terminal entrance.
- Tap a T-money card or a transit-ready card at the gate. Heading to Seomyeon or Haeundae, ride to Sasang and change to Line 2. For the Line 3 side of the city, change at Daejeo.
- For the airport limousine bus or a taxi, follow the signs to the bus stops and the taxi stand outside the arrivals hall instead.

Two examples
A solo traveler staying in Seomyeon
The traveler takes the light rail to Sasang and changes to Line 2 toward Seomyeon. The ride does not depend on road traffic, and with one backpack the transfer is easy.
A family going to a Haeundae beach hotel
With strollers and large suitcases, the family prefers a ride with no transfer. They take the airport limousine bus to Haeundae and allow extra time in case of traffic.
