Delete your data
Who this page is for
If you signed in to ToKorea.org with Facebook, Google or an email link, you can delete your account and everything saved with it. This includes the data we received from Facebook when you chose โContinue with Facebookโ.
Delete it yourself
This is the fastest way. The deletion takes place immediately.
- Sign in to ToKorea.org.
- Open My Korea and choose the Account tab.
- Choose โDelete my accountโ and confirm.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, your name and email address, and the places, trips, passport country, travel dates and checklist progress saved in your account are deleted. Copies stored in your own browser stay there until you clear the site data of your browser.
What we receive from Facebook
When you continue with Facebook, Facebook shares your name, email address and profile picture link with our sign-in provider, Google Firebase Authentication. We use only your name and email address. We do not receive your friends, posts or photos, and we never post to Facebook on your behalf.
If you cannot sign in
Write to ju9896012@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will reply to confirm when it is done.
Remove ToKorea.org from your Facebook account
You can also remove ToKorea.org in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. This stops Facebook from sharing new information with us, but it does not delete your ToKorea.org account. Use the steps above for that.
