2. Walk into the food alley
3. Try bindaetteok, then mayak gimbap
4. Walk on to Dongdaemun or Cheonggyecheon

• The food alley stays open later than the rest of the market. Hours differ by stall.
• Carry some cash: small stalls may not take cards.
• Several stalls claim to have the original mayak gimbap, so choose by the queue.
